What If there is no wind on a particular day or during my scheduled lessons, trip, camp?

Please remember to check the company’s cancellation policy before making your reservation. Lessons, trips or camps may have a different cancellation policy.

 

What happens, if in case of certain circumstances beyond my control arise, (accident, phobia etc.) I have to terminate the performance of my activity?

Can anyone learn Kitesurf?

Yes, if have acceptable swimming skills. Children under 18’s must follow the rules of each kite school.

 

What is included in the price?

You can find all the required information on the page of the chosen activity.

 

Can I cancel or change my booking?

The cancellation policy can be found in our Terms of Use page under Cancellations and Alterations as well as in the confirmation email.

 

Do I need to have an account in order to book an activity?

Yes, a user account must be active in order to book an activity and take advantage of all the benefits.

 

Where do I find my booking reference number?

Booking details such as Booking ID, can be found in your confirmation email.

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes. By using Paypal’s Secure Payment Checkout, your payment information is encrypted, thus you are protected against the risk of fraud.

 

What do I need to bring with me to my activity?

Please don’t forget to bring a copy of your voucher. A display of your voucher on your mobile device is accepted as well.
Some activities require additional proof: for example, rentals generally require a certification of your kiteboarding skills.
Please consult the Center you booked with, about what’s required or recommended for your activity.
And of course, don’t forget your sunscreen!

 

What are reviews?

Reviews are your feedback about a service you’ve been provided with and you have sufficient experience to comment on whether or not the services delivered your expectations.

I lost the email with my voucher. What should I do?

If you no longer have the email with your voucher, don’t worry! Simply contact us via email and we will instantly send you a replacement straight to your email address!

 

How do I get my Payment Receipt?

Payment Receipts can only be issued by the service provider (Kite-Center, Kite-School, Instructor).

 

Why there is a starting price on the activities?

Starting price means the price at which the service providers agree to sell their activities whenever and for as long they determine. Usually, prices are determined according to the season ( high, middle and low) and according to the type of activity. To clarify just click ‘Book Now’ on the activity page and select the preferred date.

 

How do I book an activity?

There are four easy steps! Start by visiting the page of the activity you would like to book. Make your booking by clicking on the ‘BOOK NOW’ button from your chosen activity. Select date and number of participants. Confirm and check out. Congrats! You have booked your next kite trip!

 

What do I get after I book?

Once you submit your booking you will receive a confirmation email with the voucher attached.
