Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration and cancellation of the contract
A course participant must be in the best of health. He/she must be able to swim without any support. The kite surf instructor may suspend a student from course, if he/she is behaving dangerously or disturbs the course. In this case the Kiteboarding Club won‘t refund any money.

Courses
Usually a kite surf lesson starts at the first booked day at 9 AM.If the practical part of the course can‘t take place because of too much or too less wind, the course will be rescheduled or replaced with a voucher with a similar value. Wet Skillz is not obligated to refund the course fee, if a customer wants to quit the course due to personal reasons.

Booked services may be canceled via e-mail or telephone at the particular kite station. The following conditions apply for cancellations:

Kite-Accomodation package

-up to 21 days no charge
-up to 7 days 25% of total amount
-less than 7 days 50%
-no show 100%

Kite lessons
- up to 7 days no charge
- up to 3 days 50%
- no show 100%

Rental
If the tenant is not sufficietly skilled to handle the rental gear, the Wet Skillz station will refuse the rental.The renter is allowed to cancel the contract and to keep the rental fee.The tenant is liable for self-inflicted damages and must pay on its own. He/she has to report any damage when returning the gear. Wet Skillz staff takes care of trim and safe condition of the rental gear regularly. However the tenant is obliged to check the rental gear before every use thoroughly.
