Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to the provider (weather, misbehavior of student, overbooking)WEATHER CONDITIONS
If there is a heavy rainfall or storms for one or more days during your stay that may postpone some or all of the scheduled activities, we will try our best to re-schedule the program of your outdoor activities or to provide indoor activities instead, but it is not guaranteed and refund cannot be claimed.
Notice, that any activity that take place in the sea water is depending to the weather conditions, for the safety of the participants.
The following cancellation charges will apply for late cancellations, reduced stays, no-shows or name changes
• Any booked Watersport cancelled 60 days or more than activity day, no cancelation fee will apply.
• Any booked Watersport cancelled between 59 – 30 days from activity day, 50% cancelation fee will apply.
• Any booked Watersport cancelled 30 day or less than activity date, 100% cancelation fee will apply.
No Show
• Clients who do not show up will be charged the total Watersport fees they have booked.
• Name changes for no-shows will be considered as a cancellation and will be charged accordingly
