Refund & Cancellation Policy

RSS reserves the right to withdraw from the contract or, after the commencement of the journey, to cancel the contract without notice, for any reason and in any form. Upon cancellation, RSS reserves the right to receive the tour price. In the case of cancellation before arrival, RSS is required to inform the traveller 2 weeks before departure. The traveller will receive a 100% refund.

The traveller can withdraw at any time prior to the start of the trip. The traveller must declare the cancellation in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the date on which it is received by the RSS. If the traveller withdraws from the contract, or if he cannot travel, RSS reimbursement of the expenses is according to the following cancellation charges:
up to 28 days before the course - 10% (but not less than 30 EUR)
up to 14 days before - 30%
up to 7 days before - 60%
up to 3 days - 90%
after and during, non-arrival - 100%.
RSS reserves the right of the full tour price in case of physical injury of the traveller during their trip, consistent with the above. The right to transfer does not exist.
