Refund & Cancellation Policy

No wind no pay for all kite lesson. In case of no wind you will get offer to do the hours again, move the lesson to an other day or get refund.

A lesson may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 30 days before the scheduled lesson time.
If a client cancels a lesson within 30 days of the time scheduled for the lesson, the client will be refunded 50% of the charge.
No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund.

Kite camps

In case of no wind the client can choose of a refund (kitelesson only) or to do other activities like inflatable powerboats, SUP, ect.


Kite safaris

If you cancel the kite safari one month prior to arrival we will refund 50% of the total amount. The is no other reason that we will refund your money (luck of wind, non show).

If we don't have the proper amount of people (min 4) participate in the kite safari then either we adjust the price for a smaller group or we refund the money except the transaction fees of paypal
